About Me

 I have had the pleasure of over 12 years dedicating myself to helping others improve their lives in all areas. I have worked with school-aged kids all the way to older adults. Being in management for 8+ years gives me a strong background in leadership and what an effective leader looks like and how to get there. I have a deep desire to see others become successful, empowered, and happy. I work with you to become the best version of yourself and to get clarity on what it is you want and how to achieve those goals. What you get from working with me is a change in the areas you are needing but you will see change happen across your entire life. Every area of your life interacts and connects to others. They all overlap. You will see tremendous shifts all throughout your relationships, career, financial, personal development, self-care, spiritual/higher power, and health. Together we find your path that you truly desire to be on. It is all about learning and growing and finding what serves you instead of what serves others at the expense of you being the true you. So what does all this mean for you? It means you will see your life open up to the possibilities that are in front of you and the ones you create, you understand how to read your emotions and physiological responses and gain control over your thoughts and actions, revise the beliefs that no longer serve you, and that creates a life that is in alignment with who you truly are and what you are passionate about. 

We work with and align your beliefs, emotional intelligence, mindset, subconscious/unconscious mind, empowerment, confidence, emotions, decision-making, clarity, discovering life choices, and mindfulness, to create a life that serves you. Both personally and professionally.

I utilize all coaching styles because it needs to be tailored to the specific client and their individual needs. This is important on a per-client basis.
